New Customer Service for Rood & Riddle Clients

In response to the growing trend of online banking, Rood & Riddle has added a new Client Center to our website. The Client Center provides quick access to account balances and a convenient online payment option. Clients logged into their account will see their last statement date, amount billed, and their current balance. The current balance is updated every 24-48 hours to reflect new invoices and payments for clients with ongoing transactions. The View Statement Details link shows a summary of the most recent statement.

 

Payments can be made by credit card or e-check through a secure site. The payment is processed immediately and an e-mail confirmation is sent to the client. Additional service options allow clients to update billing address information and submit account questions directly to our billing department via e-mail through the Ask a Question link.

 

Clients with statement activity over the last 3 months will receive a letter with information about the new service including instructions on how to set up their own secure account. Any client with an existing Rood & Riddle client account number can sign up for an online account by accessing the Client Center link on the Rood & Riddle home page, and selecting the Request a Pin Number on the Sign Up form. New clients may also sign up for online account once they receive a Rood & Riddle account number.
